This DIY project was a cinch!
Basically, I bought an over-sized mason jar... and... that's it.
Through out the year, we'll be adding short memories on cute pieces of paper, then read them on New Years Eve 2012-2013!
For example,
A year from now, I would neverrrr remember that on January 3rd, 2012, Ryan dropped Gordon Bombay's (our pet fish) tank, forcing us to buy a FOURTH home for our little guy.
{Don't worry, this one is plastic and totally durable. No breakage!}
I may or may not add some decorative pieces to jazz the jar up a bit, but there's something about the simplicity of mason jars that make me love them as is. Ryan suggested a "holder" for the square pieces of paper to add to one of the sides. I like it!
