Tasty Tuesday - Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Happy Tasty Tuesday!

Today I bring you...

{Slow Cooker} Pulled Pork Sandwiches


Ingredients:
1 (2 pound) Pork Tenderloin 
{I used Pork Butt Roast, simply because the name made me laugh.}

1 (12 fluid ounce) can of Root Beer soda
{I used caffeine-free Mug Root Beer.}

1 diced onion

1 (18 ounce) bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce
{I used Sweet Baby Rays.}

8 Kaiser Rolls or Hamburger Buns

{Not shown: Pork}

Directions:
Place the Pork Tenderloin (or Pork Butt Roast) in your crock pot.

Pour the Root Beer over the meat and add the diced onions.

Cover and cook on low for 7 hours OR on high for 3.5 hours.
{Note: Time may vary according to individual slow cooker.}

Drain well and stir in barbecue sauce.



Serve over Kaiser Roll / Hamburger bun and ENJOY!
