Tasty Tuesday - Last Nights Dinner

Happy Tasty Tuesday!

Last night was one of those nights... After working 9.5 hours, I just wanted a quick and easy dinner.

If there are two things that you are guaranteed to always find in my apartment, it's soup and potatoes.

Have you seen the Campbell's Chunky Soup commercial where they pour the Sirloin Burger soup over mashed potatoes? No? Well then you'll think this meal that I made is super original!

This "recipe" doesn't get much simpler... Unless you count going through the McDonalds drive-thru.

{Thanks Alexa, for letting me know!}
I might have gotten distracted a few times while making dinner last night...
